Learned counsel for the BSRTC and EPFO submits that the order of the Writ Court stands complied to which the learned counsel for the petitioner agrees but submits that the payment was made in August 2021 but the interest on the said payment was calculated only up to March 2021.

Be that as it may, the Court does not feel persuaded to proceed with the contempt application. The contempt application is thus dismissed.

However, in the event if the petitioner still feels aggrieved by not getting the interest on the payment as
