2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A)of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/17 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Ziradai P.S.Case No. 03 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner abducted the grand-daughter of the informant to solemnize marriage with her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim herself has stated in her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC that she went with the petitioner as per her own

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Siwan in connection with Ziradai P.S.Case No. 03 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
