2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 340(2) of B.N.S., 2023 as well as Sections 67 and 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of uploading obscene photographs and videos of the informant on Facebook.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is false, baseless and concocted. It is also submitted that the informant of this case is in habit of lodging false cases against the petitioner and claiming herself to be the cousin sister of the petitioner. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81949 of 2025(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 further submitted that earlier also the informant has filed cases against the petitioner being Cyber P.S. Case No.39 of 2023 and Cyber P.S. Case No.96 of 2023 regarding same nature of offence.

5. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.71 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (S. B. Pd. Singh, J) Sanjay/- U T
