JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sidhwalia PS Case No. 147 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 472/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that a truck was checked by the police and discrepancies were found in the Chassis number and the paper produced by the truck driver.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is cleaner of the truck, the driver Binit Kumar, who was in possession of those documents, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 8014 of 2018 and the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arif Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VI Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia PS Case No. 147 of 2017.
