Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Immoral Traffic Act,. 1956.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2019. Allegation is that the petitioner was involved in immoral trafficking. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S.Case No.660 of 2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75868 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
