The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kothi P.S.Case No.38 of 2014 dated 17.6.2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, it appears that the accused persons including the petitioner had gone to the house of the informant and were searching for his son and when his son was not found, they tried to set his house on fire.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he is in custody for three months. Charge sheet has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Kothi P.S.Case No.38 of 2014 dated 17.6.2014. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
