2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks and the State Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the same, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.210 of 2024(3) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the parties.

5. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the State Appellate Authority, the same shall be considered, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
