JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition is to grant an opportunity of filing objections / show cause reply to the petitioners in the ongoing encroachment case no. 3 of 2017-2018 and after considering the same, the Circle Officer, Akma, Saran at Chapra i.e. the Respondent No. 4 may be directed to pass final orders.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioners in the present case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4498 of 2018(3) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 petitioners to file appropriate objections /show cause reply in the aforesaid encroachment case no. 3 of 2017-2018 within a period of four weeks from today whereupon the Respondent No. 4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

It is needless to state that for a period of sixteen weeks from today, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
