2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , co-accused Raushan Kumar Mehta along with 3 unknown persons are alleged to have kidnapped the sister of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of kidnapping the sister of informant is against co-accused Raushan Kumar Mehta and this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because she happens to be the mother of co-accused Raushan Kumar
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83715 of 2024(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 Mehta . The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has denied the factum of kidnapping and stated that she was in love with co-accused Raushan Kumar and she on her own solemnized marriage with him and no one has kidnapped her. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. case No. 291 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
