2. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected twice vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26747 of 2023 and order dated 23.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12675 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is accused of killing her son in a brutal manner and the headless body of the deceased was found. During investigation, the main accused Darmendar Kumar has confessed that the petitioner was involved in the crime.

5. The trial has started. Two witnesses have been examined.

6. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan, 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3539, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
