JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for quashing the notice dated 16.11.2017, issued by the Circle Officer, Sadar Circle, Kabir Chak, Darbhanga, in connection with encroachment case no. 1 of 2015-16, however, today a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed wherein the respondent State has brought on record the final order passed under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge

Patna High Court CWJC No.4183 of 2018(7) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 the aforesaid final order by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
