The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 250/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/308/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that there was dispute between the parties regarding erection of boundary-wall over the land in question, let the petitioner in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount
