2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. According to the allegation, six named accused persons forcibly boarded the victim in a Bolero vehicle and they kidnapped her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, there was love and affection between Chandan Kumar and the alleged victim. The petitioners are co-villagers of main accused, Chandan Kumar, having no concern with the alleged occurrence. It has further been submitted that when the informant realized the fact, he filed compromise petition (Annexure-2) mentioning therein that cordial relations have been restored between the parties.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
