2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for the initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for willfully, and deliberately violating the order dated 10.07.2025 passed in CWJC. No. 10730 of 2025. The averments made in the Writ Petition are repeated herein

Patna High Court MJC No.3788 of 2025(4) dt.10-04-2026 2/2 and are true to the best of the petitioner's knowledge and belief.

3. The opposite parties have filed affidavit showing that an order has been passed in the matter on 02.03.2026.

4. In that background, allowing the petitioner to agitate/challenge the same, if he so wants, the MJC No. 3788 of 2025 is disposed of.
