2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2022 (G.R. No. 1994 of 2022) registered on 29.11.2022 lodged under Sections 395 and 412 of I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 08-10 unknown accused persons to whom allegation is of committing dacoity in the informant's house.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2023 having one criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the petitioner's
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83108 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 possession and no T.I.P. has been conducted.
5. Counsel further submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.01.2024 vide Cr. Misc. No. 76306 of 2023.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2022 (G.R. No. 1994 of 2022) subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
