2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 329(4), 352, 351(2), 191(2), 191(3), 303(2), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod and petitioner no. 2 assaulted her with lathi. It is further alleged that when husband and daughter of the informant came to rescue her, they were also assaulted by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84450 of 2025(5) dt.17-03-2026 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Injuries, allegedly, caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation, injuries and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P. S. Case No. 104 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
