BAJANTHRI) 01-07-2024 The present MJC / contempt application is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 01.09.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1216 of 2021.
2. The petitioner was required to start trial production within three months, fifty per cent of the
Patna High Court MJC No.3481 of 2023(8) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 commercial production within six months, and 75 per per cent of commercial production within 12 months. In this regard, the petitioner has not produced any material to show that he has commenced the trial production within three months. If three months is taken into consideration from the date of order of this court i.e. 01.09.2022 and as on 01.12.2022 the trial production should have been commenced. To that effect, no material information has been placed on record. Similarly, the other two conditions. In the absence of material information, the present contempt petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Accordingly, the present MJC / contempt application stands rejected reserving liberty to file fresh petition.
