JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a review petition before the respondent no. 2 for the purposes of reconsideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground. Hence, the same be directed to be disposed of.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I direct the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the review petition of the petitioner herein by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from today considering the circular of the State Government contained in Annexure- 3 to 5 of the present writ
