Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354(A)(E), 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previsions enmity on account of land dispute. Nothing specific is alleged against his petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Lallu Kumar.

No.76440 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
