JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.51 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court vide order dated 06.02.2020 has granted the interim relief and that continued to operate till date. The informant has appeared and stated that the dispute of money has been resolved between the parties and now no dispute remains to be resolved.

No.74160 of 2019(7) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 A supplementary affidavit dated 04.01.2021 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners wherein in paragraph 3, it has been stated that in view of the compromise petition, there is no due in favour of the petitioners yet to be paid and, therefore, the allegation as made in the FIR is stand solved in between the parties.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
