The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 202/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Learned APP, appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail and submits that the allegation against the petitioner is grave and serious. There are seven criminal cases pending against the accused petitioner as mentioned in para 23

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
