2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 913 of 2022 / Tr. No. 2585 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 307/34 of IPC.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. The matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It was agreed between the parties that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 8 lakhs to OP No. 2 in three installments. The first installment of Rs. 2 lakhs will be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2305 of 2025(7) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 paid at the time of furnishing of the bail bond. The second installment of Rs. 3 lakhs will be paid at the time of filing of the case of divorce on the basis of mutual consent and third installment of Rs. 3 lakhs will be paid by the petitioner to the OP No. 2 soon after the dissolution of the marriage. Despite the aforementioned amount, OP No. 2 shall not claim any other amount from the petitioner. They will file compromise in all the pending cases.

5. The learned counsel for OP No. 2 fairly admits the fact that one time settlement has been entered into the parties.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 913 of 2022 / Tr. No. 2585 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
