JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 This case has been listed under the heading 'For Admission' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. The instant modification application has been preferred to modify parentage of appellant no.2 in order dated 05.11.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4705 of 2019, submitting that the father's name of appellant no.2-Abhishek @ Abhishek Kashyap is Shambhu Chaudhur but, inadvertently, and due to typing mistake, it has been adumbrated in the petition as Rajendra Chaudhur. Accordingly, the said mistake emanated in the cause title of the aforesaid order which is liable to be rectified.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79275 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 dated 05.11.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4705 of 2019 is modified to the extent that father's name of appellant no.2Abhishek @ Abhishek Kashyap shall be read as Shambhu Chaudur in place of Rajendra Chaudhur.

The time for surrendering before the learned Court below of Appellant no.2-Abhishek @ Abhishek Kashyap is hereby extended by three weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
