JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a supplementary counter affidavit stating therein that all the admissible retiral benefits of the petitioner have been paid. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a copy of the supplementary counter affidavit has been served today and the respondents have made a categorical statement in the counter affidavit to the effect that the admissible retiral benefits have been paid but he has not verified the said statement from the petitioner but nonetheless the writ petition can be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed
