2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 872 of 2017, whereby while setting aside the punishment inflicted upon the petitioner the respondents have been directed to grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.

3. The order dated 15.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 872 of 2017 was challenged by the State by preferring L.P.A. No. 1595 of 2019, which was disposed off by an order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.4720 of 2019(3) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 10.07.2024, whereby while partly allowing the L.P.A. preferred by the State the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 872 of 2017 was modified.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed M.J.C. No.140 of 2025 alleging violation of the order dated 10.07.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 1595 of 2019.

5. Under the circumstances, since the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 872 of 2017, alleging violation of which this contempt petition has been filed, has been modified by the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1595 of 2019 alleging violation of which order the petitioner has already preferred contempt petition being M.J.C. No. 140 of 2025 before the Division Bench, this contempt petition, therefore, shall stand closed leaving the petitioner to pursue the contempt petition being M.J.C. No. 140 of 2025 preferred before the Division Bench.

6. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed off.
