JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 2.5.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 9570 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial has not been concluded and petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2016.

A report was called for from learned trial court, which has been received and from which it appears that the trial is at concluding stage.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.
