2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 49 of 2024.

3. According to prosecution case, the informant came into the contact of the petitioner, who after brainwashing her husband, got the informant separated from her husband and promised to marry. One day, the petitioner came to the house of the informant where he raped her and also filmed his abhorrent act.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The sexual

5. The informant being a married lady, developed intimacy to the petitioner and engaged in consensual sexual relation with him. The entire narrative developed by the informant appears to be false.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 49 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
