2 The prayer is for the following reliefs:

"(A) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s:- i directing the respondents to release the entire salary and house rent allowances including all heads of fixed costs, which is due upon the respondent authorities and further release all the recovered/deducted amounts of staffs under various heads.

ii directing the respondents to ensure 300 days training to be conducted in a year, henceforth,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4913 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 and in absence of same not to deduct/recover any amount from the staffs, going by the original scheme, as the fixed costs are provisioned for 12 months.

(B) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents No 6 and 7 in which it has been stated that it was the Government of India (Ministry of Human Resources Development, Department of Human and Child Development) sponsored programme taken up by ICDS in which the petitioner's husband was functioning as a Peon. In the year 1999, honorarium of the staff of the Angan Bari Women Training Centres were decided by the Government of India according to which the payments were made.

4 In Paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit, it has further been stated that entire dues have been paid and there was no scheme for post retiral dues or house rent allowance. 5 This Court is convinced with the averments made in the counter affidavit which has not been rebutted. 6 The writ petition stands disposed of.
