2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Aayar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 190, 191(2), 351(2), 109 and 303(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that on 12.08.2025 at about 7:00 PM, a woman from the village complained that someone from his house had beaten her minor son. The informant replied that the matter was serious and assured that he would look into it and stop such conduct if found true. Meanwhile, accused Madan Singh began abusing the informant in filthy language. When the informant protested against such abuse, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, armed

Accused Nandan Singh lifted the informant and threw him to the ground. Vinod Singh and Nirmal Singh further assaulted the informant with sticks, causing multiple injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been made an accused in the present case by the informant due to dirty village politics and ulterior motive with due deliberation, fabrication and much consultation. The petitioner and informant are resident of same village and no such occurrence has occurred as alleged in the F.I.R. There is case and counter case between both the parties and as per F.I.R., three persons have assaulted the informant however the injury report of injured persons reflects that all the injuries sustained by him are simple in nature

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the
