This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. 3.
One loaded country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84017 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Kundwa Chainpur Police Station, District- East Champaran at Motihari, on every Sunday of the month.
