2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 106/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of killing his wife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the deceased has committed suicide by consuming poison. He further submits that independent witnesses have stated that petitioner used to work as labour and he used to leave his mobile phone in his house and through it the deceased used to talk to someone
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83311 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 and because of that both husband and wife fought and later the deceased consumed poison and committed suicide. Petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur /concerned Court below in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025.
