The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country-made pistol and cartridge were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 27.09.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16996 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 P2/ nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.538 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
