====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. The present writ application has been filed for direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to publish the result of the petitioner of Bihar Elementary Teacher (Training) Eligibility Test, 2017.

By Annexure-3, the Bihar School Education Board communicated the petitioner through e-mail that her result has become invalid due to use of whitener.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5547 of 2018(5) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 invalidation of the result of such candidate was considered by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Ashok Kranti vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2019 (3) PLJR 826. In Ashok Kranti (supra), this Court, after taking into consideration the relevant provisions, has come to the conclusion that the invalidation of results, of such candidates who have used whitener on the OMR sheet, is correct. The fact of the present case is fully covered by the aforesaid judgment. Accordingly, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.
