JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to his illness the petitioner could not avail his remedy in terms of liberty granted to him by this Court in it's order dated 30.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6527 of 2019. Prayer has been made to extend the period fixed in the order by a reasonable time.

Learned counsel for the State is present and has no objection to the same.

Keeping in view the explanation furnished by the petitioner, let 30 days period fixed in the order dated 30.07.2019
