2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the coaccused Rajesh Kumar in the year 2023. After marriage, coaccused Rajesh Kumar and these petitioners started demanding Rs. 50,000/- cash as dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, they killed the daughter of the informant by strangulation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submit that there is specific accusation against these petitioners and other co-accused of killing the daughter of the informant. As per postmortem report, death caused due to strangulation.
6. Considering the same and nature of offence against these petitioners, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
