Patna High Court CWJC No.5616 of 2018(3) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 present case is squarely covered by a judgment of the learned coordinate Bench of this Court dated 17.7.2018 passed in CWJC No. 17670 of 2017 (Akhilanand Singh & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), hence the case of the petitioner be disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner shall be examined by the respondent no.11 and, accordingly, an appropriate action will be taken.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the respondent no.11 showing as to how his case is covered by the aforesaid judgment dated 17.7.2018, whereafter the learned Vice-Chancellor shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today and in case the case of the petitioner is similarly situated to that of the petitioner of CWJC No.17670 of 2018, then similar benefits would be granted to the petitioner by facilitating absorption in the service of the University/ college and all consequential benefits shall also be granted to the petitioner.
