As it appears, on account of prevailing extra-ordinary situation duly influenced by COVID-19, might have prevented OP No. 2/wife to appear and that being so, the matter is lingering since 23.01.2020.

In the aforesaid background, it looks prudent to direct the petitioner to surrender before learned lower court with a prayer for bail, whereupon, the learned lower court will allow the petitioner to avail provisional bail. The learned lower court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79452 of 2019(4) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 will also notice the OP No.2/wife and after her appearance will endeavour to get the controversy properly sorted out. In case, the matter is reconciled, the provisional bail being availed by the petitioner would be confirmed, otherwise, will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
