JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 Heard Mr. Shivendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned SC-11 for the State as well as Mr. Mukesh Kumar Thakur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Election Authority.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs;

I. whether the voter list of the Puran PAACS of Block, Karpi District Arwal has been prepared at the instance of the present Chairman of the PAACS who wants to ensure his victory by including the name of

II. Whether voters list of the aforesaid Puran PAAS is a genuine voter list in which the a live voters have been shown as dead persons?

III. Whether the authorities who have been given duty to prepare the voter list are justified in including the names of almost all the members of the same family as voters?

IV. Whether the respondent authorities are justified in including the names of those persons as voters who do not reside under the PAACS covering area and are residing at a different place with her/his family members?

V. Whether the respondent authorities are justified in not taking steps to correct the voter list in accordance with the guide lines issued by the cooperative department regarding preparation of voter list of the purpose of election of the PAACS?

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the respondent no.8 (The Bihar State Election Authority) which is still pending for consideration.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent no.8 (The Bihar State Election Authority) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today after hearing all the concerned.
