The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.708 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have killed the deceased. During investigation, the entire modus operandi of the criminals have come.

From the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner has given shelter to the criminals. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85972 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur (Vaishali), in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.708 of 2023.
