The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363/366(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of 9 months in lodging FIR without plausible explanation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
