====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that today, in the Court, he has received a DD being DD No. 520442 dated 06.03.2025 made in favour of Amarjeet Kumar i.e. the informant for an amount of Rs.5,33,332.00/- drawn on ICICI Bank, Patna. It is further submitted that if the DD is encashed, the grievance of the petitioner shall stand redressed. It is next submitted that since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85624 of 2024(3) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 DD has been received, as such, the informant is not opposing the regular bail application of the petitioner who is in custody since 17.08.2024.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 643 of 2023.
