Patna High Court CWJC No.5511 of 2018(2) dt.10-04-2018 3/3 is non-consideration of his case for grant of senior pay scale. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by a decision of this Court dated 31.3.2011 in CWJC No. 6139 of 2007, as contained in Annexure-2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Director, Primary Education to examine the claim of the petitioners in the light of the order dated 31.3.2011, Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with the law laid down by this Court in CWJC No. 6139 of 2007 which was affirmed in LPA No. 756 of 2015 vide order dated 16.08.2017. Final decision on the claim of the petitioners must be taken by the respondents within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and consequential benefit must be extended within a further period of one month from the date of decision of the respondents.
