In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the girl has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she had gone to Nagpur on her own volition and remained there with Ashok Paswan for four months. When she could know that a case has been lodged on Ashok Paswan by her parents, she came back and gave her statement.
