The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Angarghat P.S. Case No.104 of 2017 registered under Sections 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner used to tease her daughter while she was going to her school. Even after much persuasion, the petitioner did not stop his ill behaviour towards her daughter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17625 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 the learned court below shall consider the regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of this court and dispose of the bail petition of the petitioner preferably on the same day.
