2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 592 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(2), 76, 109(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant took up the matter of throwing stale food over her terrace with her neighbours, the petitioner and other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and her daughter-in-law with iron rod.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81550 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/3 submits that the allegations are general and non-specific. The petitioner was not even present at the spot when the occurrence took place. The injury report of the informant shows grievous injury due to fracture of left chest and left forearm but these injuries have not been caused by assault. The informant slipped in which she received injuries. The petitioner is a student of B. Pharma and aged about 20 years and he has been falsely roped in this case being a neighbour of the informant. There has been no intention to cause death. The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2025 and he has clean criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact and circumstances and submission made on behalf of the parties and considering the non-specific nature of allegation against the petitioner and also considering his age, his clean antecedent and his period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad/concerned court, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 592 of 2025, subject to the condition laid down under Section 480(3) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81550 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 3/3 BNSS and other following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial court.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
