Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is relative of the deceased person. Nothing has recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
