A perusal of the Annexure-2 shows that the Memo No. 1090 dated 13.12.2016 have been issued by the respondent, Civil Surgeon on the basis of fact that the names mentioned in the said order remained absent in health relating programmes of Asha Worker.

Though, no case is made out in view of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
