This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.683 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a & 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., there is recovery of one loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner in the Hajipur town. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2023.

The petitioner has four criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84004 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 regular bail. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed.

The District & Sessions Judge, Vaishail is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases in which the petitioner is an accused.
