2. By the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent authorities for making his appointment on compassionate ground against the services of his deceased father, who was working as Panchayat Teacher.

3. Today, a counter affidavit has been filed in Court on behalf of respondent no.9 and in para-11 of the said counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.165 of 2024 dt.29-03-2024 2/2 affidavit, it is stated that the candidature of the petitioner has not been cancelled rather the case of the petitioner shall be presented before the selection committee on submission of the certificate regarding unemployment and the genealogical table, as alleged, it was not available in the file and as and when the aforesaid documents are received the case of the petitioner shall be presented in the next meeting of the selection committee.

4. Considering the statements made in the counter affidavit, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit the aforesaid two documents along with a copy of this order in the office of respondent no.7 within one week and this Court expects that the Committee shall take decision within one week thereafter.
