The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the daughter of the informant, namely Rinku Devi became traceless and on search, no trace was found. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. The victim has been examined u/S 164 Cr.P.C. in which, she has made specific allegation against co-accused. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
